Through this journey of finding my creative voice, I have had the privilege of showcasing my work at events, shops, and in galleries throughout the DC Metro area. I have met inspiring artists along the way and only hope to continue to grow within my local and global art community.

So honored to represent that state of Maryland in the "Love Letter America" Project. This project was created to remind our political leaders of the reasons we love America. Artists from all 50 states (and overseas) are being called upon to donate pieces of artwork that represent their America. Sharing my process with DC locals at "RAW Artists TREND Showcase 2016"
My figurative work was showcased at EpicureCafe alongside the work of talented artists in the DC Metro Area.
This is a short description of the exhibit from Epicure Cafe's press release:
"Change does not always come in a burst of deafening chaos and noise. Sometimes it is silent and unhurried, like a chrysalis, until one day, a full grown butterfly emerges and spreads its vibrant wings, ready to face the harsh world. Epicure invites artists to visually explore and honor the metamorphic stages of our lives as individuals and society. Chrysalis represents the act of graciously letting go, the shedding of our yesterday’s worn out skin, and reflection of our constantly expanding souls before its rebirth-- raw and in transition."
